Terms and Conditions

We are straight with the people that we deal with; that is the number one condition. We believe that all working relationships with customers, partners and suppliers have to be direct, open and above all, Frank. If there is doubt or confusion it creates tension, undermines performance and erodes the value for everyone involved. We believe that too many consultancy arrangements fail through lack of transparency, vagueness about objectives and fees that struggle to be justified. We have tried to give you even more clarity by setting out our terms and conditions below – if you have any questions, then contact us.Download a pdf of our Frank Terms & Conditions

GDPR

General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) requires us to let you know what data we collect and how it is processed and handled once we receive it. We don’t collect much and do little with it, other than use it to communicate in a frank, direct manner. We don’t do big blanket marketing emails or newsletters. But we do send out heaps of press statements and undertake a lot of media relations activity to help us do our job. So, to provide the services our clients expect we currently hold company names and addresses, the individual employee names and titles of the main contacts we liaise with, plus their contact phone numbers and email addresses. For clients and contractors we work with we hold bank details, so we can pay suppliers and invoice our customers. We gather this data from incoming enquiries, ongoing contracts, new clients, suppliers, consultants and subcontractors and our relationships with the media and associate partners. This information is processed onto our systems, and periodically backed up onto remote servers and third party secure storage. We only use it for legitimate business purposes. We will not transmit your information to other parties unless it is required to fulfil contracted works. This information will be handled in accordance with the guidelines of the GDPR and again it is only relevant in the context of us doing our job. We will never sell your information to third parties.

If you have any queries or comments, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
